About Me

I am an Asian American experimental filmmaker who incorporates still and moving images with body movement to create hybrid performance installations.

 

My work combines found footage with first person interviews, props, and audience participation to explore identity, psychology, and American culture. I am interested in the formal relationship between video editing, sound, and movement, which results in various narrative possibilities and ways of experiencing time passing.
